Lovely art direction, monkey, with a grim atmosphere I like a lot. Great oomph in the SFX

However, gameplays a little hard (git good indeed)
I feel it'd be better if I could freely launch harpoons instead of needing to hold the mouse long enough until I can launch one, slower and lower score, but playing it safe.
Also theres a bit of luck involved if you will be able to get to another eel in time before it explodes.

But overall, I like how unique it feels, Wouldn't mind seeing more of this concept if it where explored more.

i had a lot of fun with what it has so far since the 2021 version, good music, a fair challenge in most cases, responsive controls. colourful and varied scenery, i feel the background elements and directions blend a little bit much together but that could just be me.

personal criticisms aside, because they are more visual criticisms, there seems to be a chance to just die when jumping and falling back down on the jump pads, idk if this is intentional or not, it happens if you land on it and follow up with a miss or by just standing on it and miss.
could be a newgrounds specific thing lol

I like how unique is looks, very cool aesthetic!
Trippy and chill vibes, simple enough controls and instructions.
Gameplays a little slow to start imo, the powerups keep it interesting enough

There seems to be a bug where items move when I move rather than stay where they spawn, then they vanish if they are moved off screen
